… drove 40 minutes to have coffee with a client for about an hour.

No agenda, no upselling, no plan.

But I hadn’t seen him in person in a year and I wanted to sit down together to chat about his business. We tweaked a few things regarding our ongoing work together and that was it.

It’s easy to forget the current clients in search of the new ones. If you can do it, face-to-face is always the best.
