… spell-checked a webinar announcement before sending it.
You’re not going to catch every spelling mistake. Sometimes they just happpen.
But, I’ve made it a habit that the last thing I do before sending a broadcast email (newsletter, webinar invite, promotion, etc.) is to send myself a preview and then spell check it.
To do it easily, just highlight and copy the entire preview email from your in-box.
Then open a new, blank Word document and choose “paste >> special >> unformatted text” and drop it in (that gets rid of all the images). Then just use F7 for spellchecking.
