… replied to a newsletter that I received.

 

I thought it was a good piece, so I clicked “reply” and complimented the sender.

She wrote right back to thank me.

We’re all producing content – but it can seem as if few people are actually listening.

When you take a moment to let people know that you heard – and benefited from – something they said, you stand out from all the people who never bother.
