Actually, I passed “unhappy” about five miles back. I am bouncing-off-the-wall angry.

Rude, inept, a tangle of “not our policy” bureaucratic blah blah.

But it’s understandable. It’s really hard to treat people like people when you’re running a factory; there’s just no time or energy or room for it.

A good reminder that as we scale our respective businesses, we ensure that we never get anywhere near that line.
