Well, okay, not really. It was three of those little Dunkin’ Munchkin donut holes.

But still – technically, I don’t eat donuts. I can’t remember the last time I had one.

But I was at a morning event and there they were, staring at me with their happy little donut faces.

So, over the course of two hours, I ate them, simply because the four of us happened to be there at the same time.

Behavior is often closely tied to circumstance. 

Which means like it or not, the chances of your getting hired are very much a function of how consistently visible you are to those doing the hiring.
