When I arrived, I was surprised to see Chris there, a guy I met for the first time a few weeks ago, when someone in my Marketing One Year class, Steve, invited me to Chris’s March Madness party (still with me?). 

When you stay in touch frequently with your network, these serendipitous things start to happen.
