If you don’t have some way of measuring your capacity, it’s tempting to just keep saying yes, yes, yes. Sooner or later, you’re running ragged and doing lower quality work.
And don’t worry about sending people away. The good clients will wait for you – the ones who won’t, never thought you were that special to begin with (fools).
