It was a simple thing, in connection with a (nearly) free talk I was invited to give.

But they wanted me to sign an agreement, something I don’t do, ever, without my attorney first reviewing.

Given the no fee, it’s not worth my getting her involved.

Having rules of engagement for your business, that you’ve developed ahead of time, streamlines decisions down the road.
