Selling isn’t about saying the right words at the point of purchase to get people to buy. That’s way too hard.
Easier, better selling happens when you first do things to help prospective buyers check out the product and (even more important if you’re selling a service) you!
The purpose of creating and sharing free content isn’t simply to get people’s attention. It’s also about helping them become familiar and comfortable with you and whatever it is you hope they’ll buy.
