One point in particular stood out, which was that people are more likely to believe a claim if it’s accompanied by a photograph. (See photo below to help you believe this claim I’m making.)

It reinforced what I had heard not long ago about including photos along with testimonials of the people who provide them. Apparently it makes them more believable. Now I try to do that – on web sites and in promotional materials.
