It was from someone who subscribes to my newsletter and who doesn’t like the (significant) change in format that I introduced last Friday.
As I explained to her, there are several good reasons for the change.
Even so, she still may hate it. And who knows, maybe she will unsubscribe.
That’s to be expected. In my experience, any change that you make, of consequence, is going to annoy some people.
I pay attention to feedback, but I don’t feel obligated to follow it (except at home).
