No big deal; just a few words of thanks and a “see you next year!”
I send one, hand-written, snail mail note a week.
That’s 50 opportunities a year to connect with people in my network in a strong and memorable way.
Of course, it’s pretty difficult to do: You need a piece of paper, a pen, an envelope and a stamp. And five entire minutes.
I guess that’s why most people don’t bother…
