She was angry. She didn’t think it was fair. She thinks they’re making a big mistake.
Maybe she’s right. But none of it matters. Not getting hired – for whatever reason – is part of being a solo.
Learn from it if you can, but don’t use it as an excuse to spread bad will and thoughts about the prospect, about yourself and/or about “how hard things are.”
