to help me “figure out” what my next newsletter is going to be about.

I had a reasonably good idea, but it was too lumpy still to put into writing. I’ve found that, for some reason, I sort things out better when I’m walking or running.

I don’t see this kind of thing (anymore) as “wasting time;” it’s about knowing what you need in which situations to be at your best.

I think that in order to be a successful solo, knowing that is both your freedom and your responsibility.
