… went to a 9AM meeting, an hour’s drive from my house.
Maybe not a big deal for you, but I hate Monday mornings.
And so my two rules are:
1. Always exercise first thing on a Monday.
2. No scheduled activities before noon.
Sometimes it doesn’t work out (like today). But in general, I do my best to protect that time.
Knowing when you’re most productive – and when you’re not – and then scheduling your life accordingly, goes a long way.
