Also, as usual, the nurse cheerily told me my score: 120 over 72.

Also, also, as usual, I have no idea what those numbers mean. So this time I asked her.

She sort of knew (“the first is systolic pressure; the second is diastolic pressure”), but not enough to explain what it actually meant.

Sharing data with clients is a good idea. But sharing insight is what they are really looking for.
